Listen to Milwaukee electronic group, No No Yeah Okay

414 Live with No No Yeah Okay

Led vocally by Colin Plant, No No Yeah Okay mashes soulful vocals against a collection of sharp and hypnotic instrumentals. With the electronic-inspired production of Mark Gage paired with the punk stylings of Christopher Quasius (guitar) and Joshua Paynter (bass), NNYO creates a graceful blend of smooth melodies, sharp synths and deep bass.

With the 2015 release of their debut EP Dual, NNYO made a big splash in the Milwaukee music scene, including winning two Radio Milwaukee Music Awards - Best Independent Release and Best Album Artwork. At the RMMAs, we also found out that members of the band had gotten NNYO tattoos (pictured below).

And about a month ago, NNYO released their second EP, Cabal. Ahead of the EP release, Milwaukee Magazinesat down with singer Colin Plant for an inside scoop on the band and the new project.

We were excited to host this talented group of Milwaukee musicians ahead of their 10 p.m. headlining slot at Brady Street Festival's Great Lakes Distillery Stage presented by 88Nine Radio Milwaukee.
