414 Music Live with Devil Met Contention

Traditionally, the music of Devil Met Contention combines country, folk and blues, but this past Thursday, they sounded a little different.

Instead of the dusty tracks found on their latest album Fuel the Lights, they performed the hip hop stylings of Vincent VanGREAT.

All in celebration of Milwaukee music.

The band joined us for a sneak peak of just one of the artists that will perform at Milwaukee Record's Local Coverage show on Friday, January 13.

For those of you that love Devil Met Contention's originals, never fear. On-air they'll perform covers, but for their off-air encore, it's back to the folksy Americana we know and love.
