Rock ‘n’ Roll pioneer Chuck Berry passed away this weekend at his home in St. Charles, Missouri. Berry, know for his amazing guitar solos, excessive showmanship, and lyrics focusing on teen life and consumerism, was a leader in crafting the rock n roll music genre in the 1950’s. The new album he was working on last fall will be released soon. He was 90 years old.
The Milwaukee Bucks continue their support of 90’s flashback bands when Blackstreet plays the halftime show on March 31st. The Bucks will host the Pistons at the BMO Harris Bradley Center for the final Friday home game of the year. Two of the original Blackstreet members will be there to perform hits like “No Diggity” and “Take me There.”
