The final day for me is a bit of a charlie foxtrot right now if you know what I mean. There's a few acts with overlapping set times that are really pulling me in opposite directions, making the day primed to be awfully compelling. If I can get to the park early enough I'd really like to see Guards. I saw them open up for Portugal. The Man in Milwaukee about a month and a half ago and I knew I saw something I liked right away. It'd be really cool to see them play for a little bit longer this time around.

Afterwards, London punks Palma Violets and Chicago punks The Orwells both have a 1:00 set time. I'm leaning towards Palma Violets because The Orwells are coming to Columbia, MO (my permanent residence) with FIDLAR in late September, so I might just plan on seeing them then. But at the same time you don't want to count your chickens before they hatch, and I do like The Orwells a tad more... We'll see what happens.

Then, Jake Bugg and Wild Nothing overlap, which are two completely different artists. I might just head over to see Wild Nothing and add some extra diversity to the slew of rock I've been catching all weekend. Yet, Jake Bugg's location will be right between where Palma Violets and The Orwells are playing, creating a much shorter walk... We'll see what happens.

With everything settled from the early afternoon, I'm planning on  conveniently seeing Wavves and DIIV back-to-back. This should make for a solid one-two punch without requiring me to move at all, allowing me to rest my legs a little towards the end of this laborious weekend. But once that's over, it's all up in the air. I guess all I can do is hope for the best until closing time. I'm sure it will all work out.
