Join Our MECCA Group & 88Nine as we celebrate the release of the Work 2 Do Campaign & screening of the ESPN 30 for 30 Documentary on the MECCA Floor Project.

Inspired by our collective diversity and the opportunity to remove oneself from our individual silos, this event seeks to highlight the power of defining our city's legacy and working together to share Milwaukee's story on a world stage.

Schedule of Events:

6PM:
Mayoral Address & Proclamation: Mayor Tom Barrett will speak on the importance of Art, Culture & Entertainment in the future of developing Milwaukee into a world class city and designate the evening as Work 2 Do Night in the City of Milwaukee.

6:30PM:
Screening of Work 2 Do Campaign Video & Intimate Interaction: Ray Nitti will lead a discussion with recording artist Jamahl Turner, producer Isaac Chevako & music video director Steven Phillips revolving around the future of Milwaukee's entertainment & culture.

7PM: 
Screening of ESPN 30 for 30 Documentary "The Floor that Made Milwaukee Famous.": Jim Paschke will lead a brief Q & A with film producer Andy Gorzalski, director Chris Thompson & editor Barry Polterman on the making of the film.
