County Executive Chris Abele released his 2013 Milwaukee County budget which includes a property tax freeze and a premium increase to those county employees who pay for their health benefits. He also proposes lifting a wage freeze so county employees could receive a cost-of-living pay increase.

With help from a $35,000 grant from United Way of Greater Milwaukee, the Fondy Food Center unveils a new program "Growing Food, Growing Jobs"....training young people to farm and sell produce.
