City of Milwaukee residents have until Thursday to rake leaves into the curb on city streets for collection. After Thursday, residents can take their leaves to one of two city self-help stations. Leaf collections schedules found here.

Stone Creek Coffee announced they will open its new "Factory" store on December 1st. The store at Stone Creek's headquarters on 5th Street, will include its ninth retail cafe and the new Stone Creek Kitchen. Crews have been working on the kitchen and cafe for 10 months.

Bobby Tanzilo, writer for onMilwaukee.com, talks about his new book "Historic Milwaukee Schoolhouses" tonight at Boswell Book Company at 7pm.

According to the new forecast by the International Energy Agency, the US will overtake Saudi Arabia to become the worlds biggest oil producer before 2020, and will be energy independent 10 years later. Right now, the US imports around 20% of its total energy needs.
