The Pabst Theater will host a presentation from the City Engineer and Department of Public Works about the progress of the Milwaukee Streetcar project tonight at 6pm. A question and answer session will follow. The event is free and open to the public.

Employees at Generac in Whitewater are working overtime to supply the east coast with generators.  Dozens of truck loads have been going out daily and the company expects to ship tens of thousands of generators to their retailers in response to the storm.

The Lake Michigan car ferry has canceled it's service today due to wind gusts of more than 40 miles an hour.  The ferry's last sailing of the year is scheduled for Friday.

As reported by the Milwaukee Business Journal, Harley-Davidson Motor Co has issued a voluntary recall of several thousand motorcycles due to an issue with the license plate bracket mounting. A series of events would have to happen before it became a safety issue and no accidents or injuries have occurred related of this condition.
