Wisconsin gun deer hunting season starts Saturday. According to the DNR, nearly 376,000 hunting permists have been sold this season.

Senator John McCain held a news conference on Wednesday to call for a select committee to investigate the deaths of four Americans in the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi. Congressional intelligence committees are already planning hearings.

The Milwaukee Art Museum announced they've aquired work from Taryn Simon, which will be on view for free on December 1st for World AIDS Day. The photographic art, entitled "Live HIV" was purchased with funds from the Johnson & Pabst LGBT Humanity Fund at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation.
