The Wyndham Milwaukee Airport Hotel, the third-largest hotel in Southeastern Wisconsin, will close around December 22nd. The 508-room hotel was built in the 1960's and employs 133 people.

Another Mexican restaurant is headed for the Bay View neighborhood. Mr. Webo's is moving into the space that Guanajuato now occupies, after they move across the street into a larger location. Earlier this month it was announced that the former Bella's Fat Cat will open as a Mexican restaurant Ciero Blanco in late October.

The first Ultra high-definition flat panel TVs in the U.S. go on sale today in Los Angeles. The 84-inch LED TV delivers four times the resolution of current HDTV's and has an ultra-high price tag of $19,999.

Ghosts Under Glass, a family friendly event, takes place this weekend at the Mitchell Park Domes. There's a dome for every level of fright, balloon sculptures, jugglers, food and a costume contest judged by Bernie Brewer, The Brewer Racing Sausages and McGruff. Info available on our Facebook page.
