Milwaukee will be hosting the third benefit for Haiti tonight at the Mirarmar.

Nathan Kamsler, president of Restless Leg Productions, and Bryan Cherry, of the Bryan Cherry Band, announced that they will be collaborating with fellow Milwaukee musicians to present the first of many Haitian Hope Revival benefit concerts February 4, 2010 at 7 p.m. at the Miramar Theatre, 2844 N. Oakland Ave.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards helping with recovery efforts in Haiti following the devastating earthquake. Funds will go to Youthaiti, a Milwaukee-based charitable organization whose relief efforts focus on developing long term ecological sanitation options and sustainable food sources through composting toilets, community gardens, and community education.

The all-star lineup is headlined by Willy Porter and Greg Koch, and will also feature Eastside staples the Erotic Adventures of the Static Chicken, Bryan Cherry Band and R.A.S. Movement among others.

The show is open to all ages and a $15 donation will be collected at the door. Advance tickets are available at www.themiramartheatre.com. Additional donations are being accepted gratefully at www.youthaiti.org.
