Justin Vernon might be retiring Bon Iver, but that doesn't mean he is not making music.  Later this year, his project with Milwaukee's Collections of Colonies of Bess, Volcano Choir, will be releasing a new album.  He recently covered "Warm Shadow" by Fink with fellow Bon Iver bandmate Colin Stetson, and now he will be releasing an album with his blues-rock project The Shouting Matches. The group comprises of Justin Vernon, Phil Cook and Brian Moen.

The name of the album is called Grownass Man, and it will be released on April 9. You can listen to the entire album via NPR, and you can catch them live at Turner Hall Ballroom on Aug 1.
