What is power down week, you may ask? well, let me tell you. my definition- It's a week to recognize how much we rely on fossil fuels and to say to ourselves "what can I do this week to rely less on them?" and then do it. set goals that you can accomplish but that challenge you. Power down week is also a week to rely on the community for fun rather than our electronics and things that use natural resources. Let's dance together or play in the garden. have a workshop at your house on how to ferment foods, brew beer or knit. Own a dog? have a dog party. A clothing exchange.
