Freebie: "A Kid Named Cudi" Mixtape

I have been waiting for this mixtape for a while now from up and coming Cleveland based MC Kid Cudi. He was featured in Rolling Stone's Best of Rock issue in the Best Indie Hip Hop category along with Brother Ali, Wale, Cool Kids and others.

The Cleveland rapper with a killer sing-song flow got a major boost at South by Southwest, where he showed up higher-billed acts like Chromeo and Kid Sister."

This has been the year of the mixtape. "A Kid Named Cudi" along with Wale's "Mixtape about Nothing", and Game Rebellion's "Searching for Rick Rubin" are my favorite mixtapes of 2008 (so far). Check out Cudi's "Heaven at Nite" and "Embrace the Martian" which are my favorite tracks from "A Kid Named Cudi" Mixtape. You can grab the mixtape here. Kid Cudi - "Heaven at Nite" Crookers feat.
