I was playing some King Curtis and realized that this track was the sample for Pete Rock and CL Smooth's CREATOR...From the legendary album ALL SOUL'D OUT, here is the CREATOR.That funky horn line comes to us from the late great KING CURTIS. His 1969 release INSTANT GROOVE's title track is FUNKY!!!!If you are not up on King Curtis, every responsible music fan should own a copy of Memphis Soul Stew!
