Listen: We recently got a special tour of a local icon you may pass everyday - Milwaukee’s City Hall. We’ve been talking about creativity in our community and this piece takes us back to the foundation of our city. For over 110 years, city hall has stood on the corner of Water Street and Kilbourn Avenue enduring a fire and a debate to preserve the building. We were lucky to have Mayor Tom Barrett as our historical guide, explaining what the building means to the city’s past, present and future.
