I have to say, the Bon Iver concert is definitely a contender for best live show for 2011! The set was full of textures and layers of sound that filled the Riverside Theater. Bon Iver beefed up his band with horns, keyboards, a violin, two drummers, and a beatboxer, who also played the horns. Near the end of the show, Bon Iver performed a cover of one of my all time favorite artists - Bjork. It was an amazing rendition of the tune "Who Is It" from Bjork's fifth album Medulla.
