Sound Travels this week has been all over the Middle East,and today we got specific as I highlighted Turkey in song with some amazingly funky psych sounds from the Anatolian Penninsula.
Sounds so good they should call it Asia Major cause there is nothing minor about the songs I played today. From the fuzz-drenched sound of Selda Bagcan on the much sampled "Ince Ince," to the amazing Baris K edits of already-awesome tunes that followed. Wonder what it was in the mix?
