The Pan African Community Association (PACA) provides recent immigrants and refugees the necessary support and resources to smoothly transition them into living here..right in Milwaukee. Housing assistance, English language and literacy skills, jobs skills and placement are just some of the services provided immigrants from all over Africa, as well as southeast Asia.
