On the morning of our second annual Mardi Gras Bash, I ventured off to Turner Hall where I found MATC students working alongside Chef/Owner Joe Muench & Pastry Chef Kimberly Pollman, of Maxie’s Southern Comfort & Blue’s Egg, to make Milwaukee’s largest king cake.
