What is the best way to settle a "feud" between two amazing Milwaukee bands? Make a music video together. That is what Milwaukee's Fatty Acids and Sat. Nite Duets just did. Okay, the two bands are not really feuding in real life, but they did manage to create one of the most amazing and campy Milwaukee music videos yet.
The video, which debuted over at Spinner, is called Riverwest Side Story and it combines The Fatty Acids' song "Unscreened" and Sat. Nite Duets' "Conjugal Visit." You can find these songs on the Torreential Zen via Bandcamp. The epic video was filmed in my neighborhood of Riverwest. Personally, I think this video couldn't be made anywhere else in the city. The video starts off with choreographed dancing from The Fatty Acids similar to the musical of West Side Story. Then the two bands meets up with Sat. Nite Duets and a very comical brawls ensues. Then the two bands decide to settle the score with a "friendly" basketball game. However, there are more anctics that follow inlcuding 40s, sensless violence, and hard lemonade in the 10 minute long music video. Just watch below and enjoy.
