Fresh from the frontline; Mo'Kalamity and the Wizards

I was listening to Mo'Kalamity and the Wizards third album Freedom of the Soul this morning. Mainly out of some dim familiarity with their second album, I was intrigued by the deep feeling flowing through the conscious reggae vibes. Freedom of the Soul might be their breakout album.

Mo'Kalamity is a Paris-based singer from Cape Verde, and she's on the rise. Freedom of the Soul is such a conscious, reggae statement of spirituality that it really reminds me of some of Bim Sherman's best work. Heart-centered songs sung in English, French and Portuguese that carry a strong roots message, inity and overstanding is the sentiment. Truly blessed to share this with you today...
