Wellspring is the oldest organic CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm in Wisconsin. It's also an educational retreat center. Their mission to inspire and teach people to grow, prepare and eat healthy food is highlighted in their Farm to School program.
We visited Grafton Elementary School to learn more about the program and visit with the kids while they experience a new vegetable during their lunch hour.
