Weve had a lot of fun this week on the Seven O Clock Sample. We've been looking at how some of our favorite Christmas songs have been sampled by others. We've unwrapped some great songs this week, and today is one of my favorites. From 1967, here is Otis Redding's classic " Merry Christmas, Baby".
This song was sampled by Prince Paul in 1988 on the Queen Latifah track " Mama Gave Birth To The Soul Children".
