Inside the kitchen at MATC student-run restaurant

A five star menu, at three star prices -- that's business as usual at Cuisine, a student-run fine-dining restaurant at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Under the leadership of Chef John Reiss, culinary students put their skills into practice, preparing real food, for real paying customers.  Young chefs say it's an invaluable learning experience as they're about to enter the professional culinary world.

Cuisine is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays inside the Main building at MATC's campus.  And with your server's validation, you can park inside the BMO Harris Bradley Center parking structure for only $1.

Reservations are recommended, and you can claim your seat from the comfort of your desk.  Follow  this link to reserve your table.
