This week we've been exploring the music of Marvin Gaye on the Seven O'Clock Sample. In 1970 Tamla Records released a single called "God Is Love". This song later was found on the WHAT'S GOING ON ALBUM.
Years later, J Dilla grabbed this 45 and created a song for Common called "Love Is.."
