Milwaukee judge on voting equality

It was a landmark civil rights decision that changed elections forever in the United States, and today, a Milwaukee judge is helping us understand what it still means for voters.

Municipal Judge Derek Mosley joined me last week at the 88nine studios for a conversation about the Voting Rights Act of 1965.  

That piece of legislation guaranteed the equal rights of all Americans to vote without barriers, no matter their skin color.
