Interested in helping solve a problem in our community? You're invited to join HackMKE -- presenting ideas, solutions or projects that make living in Milwaukee better. Don't worry if you aren't technologically savvy or don't have a focused idea. There will be plenty of opportunities to participate in discussions, and experienced technologists on site to help you.
This event is part of Code for America's National Day of Civic Hacking, joining more than 50 cities nationwide on June 6, 2015. HackMKE is supported by 88Nine, The Mandel Group, Red Arrow Software, Brenner Brewing, DreamMKE, Bucketworks and SmartWave.
Software developers from Red Arrow Labs will be volunteering to lead teams on specific goals. Individuals and students are invited to bring their own ideas to collaborate on.
