Tom Waits doesn't do covers. Well, not very often. He agreed to do a cover of the Ramones, but only if The Ramones covered him. In honor of Johnny Ramone's birthday today we air that rarest of rare covers,"The Return of Jackie and Judy" from 'End of the Century' and from Tom's 'Orphans' album, a collection of odds 'n sods.
