Favorite place to take a visitor in Milwaukee?
The resurgence of beer gardens in Milwaukee is genius, and they're LEGIT. The Estabrook Beer Garden is my personal favorite, and it's close to home! Whether for a small or big group, it's a perfect place to bring visitors.

What do you like most about Milwaukee?
Milwaukee is my heart. It's where I grew up, where my family and friends live, and what I like to call home. And it's just the right size for me.

Comfort drink:
My in-laws introduced me to the Brandy Manhattan and it's been my go-to cocktail ever since. But it's gotta be Christian Brothers brandy, with a splash of sweet vermouth and cherry juice, packed with ice. (Also, best to let it sit 15 minutes before taking that first sip.)

What about you would surprise people?
I used to ride a unicycle! ...when I was like 8 or 10.
