Yoga for Mobility
Are you new to yoga or has it been a while since your last practice? Are you noticing changes in the way you move or balance that impact your ability to do what you love? Begin your week with Yoga for Mobility, where we focus on strengthening the connection between our mind and body while honing in on poses that strengthen the muscles we need to balance, reach, and bend. This class will involve a combination of yoga with a chair, and slow flowing movements on our mats. No yoga experience required. Yoga mat rental included class price. Pre-registration required.
