Radio Milwaukee pal (and Pie Dude) Shan has suggested some quality Shadows in the past and alerted me to Gram Parsons' 70th birthday, which is tomorrow. While Gram died at a tender age, his influence as a Byrd, Flying Burrito Brother and close personal friend of Keith Richards was massive, melding country and rock at a time when practically no one else was doing that.
