Using his trusty Philips cassette recorder to document it, Keith Richards laid down the three-note guitar riff to one of the greatest songs The Rolling Stones ever did and among the best rock songs ever made. That recording featured about two minutes of acoustic guitar and forty minutes of snoring and Keith dozed off two minutes into the first version of that riff.
