White Stripes Release Two New Songs (Sort Of)

Even though The White Stripes have broken up, that hasn't stopped Jack White and his new label Third Man Records from releasing unreleased White Stripes material.  This includes two cover songs that were recorded in 1997. The now defunct duo covers songs from the band Love and Otis Redding.  The only way you get these songs is if you are a platinum member of the Third Man Records Vault  (I assume eventually these songs will be put on the internet really soon for everyone to download). Beware these are not mix and mastered covers songs.

Don't forget Mr. White just released a hip hop 7" with Detroit MC and producer Black Milk.

You can listen to both covers below. (spotted at NPR Music)
