Artist bio

The most obvious thing Shadi has been preoccupying her time with is making music as it is her passion. Writing songs has been a major part of keeping herself sane in this times of isolation and anxiety. Moreover, as a 19 year old, Shadi strives to find balance between her personal life and music career as she continues to progress on her journey. This can often get overwhelming, so it is dire for Shadi to find a safe haven outside of just art and work. Shadi finds peace in studying astrology, writing, and reading as she began her intense spiritual journey late last year. "I made a promise to myself that I was no longer going to be lazy when it comes to something as important as my spiritual well being. Your soul is the mediator for your spirit and body, what you feed it eventually affects both. Therefore, it is crucial that I take this walk of life serious," Shadi states with conviction.

Shadi will be performing Wednesday, June 30 @ 5 p.m. at Indeed Brewing Company, 530 S. 2nd St., at a benefit event for TRUE Skool, Milwaukee's Center for Transformational Creative Arts and Hip Hop Culture, where Shadi has been a participant for three years.
