Last week, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds announced their fall 2020 North American tour, but it turns out those dates weren’t complete: The group has added a Milwaukee stop. The legendary underground rock songwriter will play the Miller High Life Theatre on Friday, Sept. 18, at 8:30 p.m.
Tickets for the Milwaukee date go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at the Miller High Life Theatre box office and Ticketmaster.com.
Cave has been busy lately. In addition to touring behind his 2019 double album “Ghosteen,” he will release an illustrated autobiography in March 2020. “Stranger Than Kindness” will combine images with “commentary and meditations” from Cave and writer Darcey Steinke and “celebrates the curiosity and power of the creative spirit,” according to its publisher. The book will feature images from a Nick Cave exhibition at The Black Diamond museum in Copenhagen.
