The Sound Travels Mixtape comes in all kinds of shapes and sounds.
This week was all reggae in the mix. A lot of new reggae in this one. While new reggae artists pop up all the time, I feel like the latest crop has the chops to change the game.
I'm seeing cats like Protoje, Micah Shemaiah, Toian all bringing roots back to dancehall, and dropping crucial cuts of late.
This mix isn't so much a summation of what's new on the scene. Just the tip of the iceberg...
