It should come as no surprise that the hardest working man in show business was not only an icon at home, but also abroad. It's not so obvious when your a music collector but over time, I sorta realized that I had all these one-off covers and a ton more in a style that could be called complementary to JB's.
This weekend I concretized this vision of a mixtape that has cuts from Latin and Central America, the Far and Middle East and of course, a ton from Africa in what I call the Around the World with James Brown Mixtape. Enjoy...
