Summer is always a great time to get some reggae vibes on ya'. And This summer has seen several notable entries in the reggae summer jam category; and now we'll have to add vintage 80's roots reggae staple Third World to that list (nevermind that this came out in 2013). Most likely, you know Third World through their 1980 cult classic "1856 (96 Degrees in the Shade)" which is a potent tune telling of Paul Bogle's 1865 Morant Bay Rebellion, in which he led an armed group against the British authorities in Jamaica with his attack against the town of Morant Bay.

Well they're still at it, and are back with those rasta good vibes on a tune called "Good Hearted People" featuring dancehall artist Capleton. With lyrics like these…

"Good Hearted People / Will Never Blow Away / They'll never fade away / Like a candle in the wind / There is a special certain consciousness / That separates them from the rest / You see it in their eyes / And they don't speak of love and happiness / And that's because they know that its / The very way of life"

…how do you make enemies? Live up this summer and let some positivity in; Third World has a song for your soundtrack. The song's out now, here's the video…
