Right not most big concerts fall into three categories. One is canceled concerts. These are clear-cut: Ticket holders will get refunds for those, and will probably be refunded automatically The second is rescheduled concerts. For these shows, ticket holders may request a refund, or they can roll over their tickets to the new date.
But most concerts right now fall under the category "postponed." These shows are in a kind of limbo -- the artist intends to play the shows, but ticket holders will have to wait and see what happens. Ticket holders can try to request a refund, but it may be more difficult. This has caused some backlash for Ticketmaster, Piet says.
Things are a mess right now, so it may take a while for some of this to get figured out.
