Conversation Starters: Gun Violence Awareness with Anneliese Dickman

June 3 @ 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm

free

The first weekend in June is dedicated to increasing Gun Violence Prevention. Safer at Home is a challenge for gun violence prevention. We will be talking with Anneliese Dickman, the Milwaukee program manager for the Brady Campaign and Center to Prevent Gun Violence, about the new issues that have emerged during the quarantine.

Anneliese was the communications director of the Wisconsin Anti-Violence Effort and was the research director for the Public Policy Forum. She is the current president of Jewish Museum Milwaukee.

Then join the nation on Friday, June 5 in promoting Gun Violence Prevention by wearing orange and showing your support for the #GoingOrange movement. Find out more about why we wear orange.

This program will be presented virtually via Youtube and Facebook. You can also get it delivered to your email by signing up for our e-newsletter here below.
