Explore how photography in the nineteenth century helped bring the natural wonders of America to the attention of the country and the world, in Photographing Nature’s Cathedrals,

H. H. Bennett’s photography studio is believed to be the oldest operating studio in the United States. Ariel Pate, assistant curator of photography, and Betsy Grant, great-granddaughter of H. H. Bennett and the author of The Bennett Story: The Life and Work of Henry Hamilton Bennett give a tour focused on the family legacy of Bennett in the Wisconsin Dells.
