The Centenarian Club

April 20 @ 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Milwaukee has a strong collection of centenarian (over 100 year old) companies that are going strong and still growing to this day. Once a city known for its rich manufacturing industry, Milwaukee is currently undergoing a major tech transformation.

But, what does innovation look like for a 100+ year old company? How are centenarian companies adjusting to technological changes, pivoting their strategies and equipping their workforce to thrive for another 100 years?

Hear from leaders working in innovation at Northwestern Mutual, Kohler and Johnson Controls at the Milwaukee County Historical Society as they discuss the ways these centenarian companies are transforming for the future. Light breakfast will be available while it lasts.

Thank you to our sponsors for this event, Concordia University Wisconsin, Northwestern Mutual and Kohler.

Featured Speakers:

• Doug Diemel, Sr Staff Engineer at Kohler

• David Manske, Asst Director of Engineering at Northwestern Mutual

• Imran Riaz, VP and Global Head of User Experience at Johnson Controls

• Mame McCully (moderator), Executive Director at Milwaukee County Historical Society
