Share The Vibes music and tech fest is back July 13

Share The Vibes

Share The Vibes, Milwaukee’s annual music and technology festival, has shown a willingness to try different venues on for size in its first couple of years. After getting things started at Penrod in 2022 and bouncing over to the Miramar Theatre last year, the 2024 edition will take over Vivarium on Saturday, July 13.

The centerpiece event of the organization that shares its name, Share The Vibes Fest sits at the crossroads of music and technology by promoting emerging artists, providing technology education, highlighting small businesses and facilitating community building. It’s a day of music and dance, a platform for Milwaukee’s BIPOC-owned businesses and an amplifier for local podcasters.

Here’s what organizers have planned for this year’s event:

  • Live performances headlined by the dynamic Milwaukee-based artist Partyat4 and featuring more of the area’s talent, curated by MuSample.
  • A tech workshop and live podcast focusing on AI's impact on wealth creation and the entertainment industry.
  • Audience competitions that encourage attendees to engage and compete, with chances to test their music knowledge.
  • A vendor marketplace showcasing a variety of local businesses, artisans and craftspeople offering unique products, services and more.

The festival is aimed at music enthusiasts and community members looking for a way to support local artists, while the tech workshops benefit anyone looking to enhance their careers and brands. Tickets start at $20 and are available online via Share The Vibes’ website or in person at the Pabst/Riverside box offices.
