Trash to Treasure: Plastic Dioramas

Young makers and the artist will talk about their favorite animals and ecosystems, and then create their own nature scene dioramas inside plastic milk jugs. Participants can build scenes from prehistoric times (dinosaurs!), oceans, forests, safaris, or create an imaginary world. This activity teaches youth that they can use their imagination and immerse themselves into a project that uses accessible, recycled materials, like milk jugs.
