What are you passionate about in regards to our community and what is Devon Seafood + Steak doing for the community?
I’m passionate about every opportunity to give. I’m happy to see that so many in the Milwaukee community have that same goal, to be selfless and empathetic towards others, to figure out a way to make a positive difference in each other’s day. Here at Devon we focus on a small scale on showing personal interest to each and every guest we come in contact with, creating a personalized environment for them to enjoy. On a larger scale get involved every chance we can in offering raffle gifts at various benefits for a variety of different Milwaukee organizations, as well as providing food samples when appropriate for such occasions. Our goal is always to create a highlight in the day for both our team members and the community.
How did your business get started and what are some highlights from 2019 and what’s in store for 2020?
We saw the need in the North Shore area for quality ingredients meticulously prepared and presented with a service style that had all the steps and detail of fine dining, but with a more approachable presentation. We’re looking forward to a few new menu additions in 2020, a variety of Chef prepared tasting dinners, as well as many more opportunities to get out and meet more members of the Milwaukee community!
