Scarlett
Promotions Specialist (she/her)First concert:
Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band
Best concert:
Eddie Vedder at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago. Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) was drumming for him. Two rock icons at a super-intimate venue. Pretty unforgettable.
Favorite band/artist of all time:
VERY hard to pick just one — either Green Day or Fleetwood Mac. Depends on whether I'm feeling a little more punk rock or a little more witch-y that day.
Hobbies:
Outside of going to as many concerts as humanly possible, I love to dance. I've done aerial dance for a few years now, but I've taken dance classes since I was a child. I also like to paint, cook and write — really anything I can use as a creative outlet!
How/why I got into radio:
By accident, actually. I was going to school for Journalism at the time, and through a series of random events I landed a job with a five-station cluster in Oshkosh as their receptionist and sales assistant. I worked my way up over a couple of years and was promoted to promotions director. Radio has held my heart since then!
