One of us (the one with decades of immersion in radio and music culture) just so happens to have a lot of Lizzo experience. Imagine that. The other had a more peripheral knowledge of her — until now. After watching the documentary, that person now knows a LOT about her and came away impressed by her at every single step.
From her passion for books, knowledge of music history and unbelievable flute-ery — I mean, we haven't even gotten to her music yet and are already in awe! It's a great and enlightening look at a musical icon.
