You can catch a free screening of 'Moonlight' tonight at UWM Union Cinema at 7pm. The coming of age film recently won the Oscar for Best Picture.
Moonlight director Barry Jenkins also won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay and Mahershala Ali won Best Supporting Actor. Ali also became the first Muslim actor to win an Oscar.
The screening is presented by UWM Sociocultural Programming and is followed by a Post-Film Discussion.
