The Bucks throw a block party for National Voter Registration Day

In case you haven’t noticed the ads in your YouTube pre-roll, we’re only seven weeks out from the midterm elections (Tuesday, Nov. 8). And while you can easily check your voter-registration status via websites like Vote.org, the Milwaukee Bucks have sponsored an event that makes it a little more fun than filling out a web form.

This Tuesday, Sept. 20, you can head down to the Deer District between 4 and 7 p.m. for a National Voter Registration Day celebration featuring music, games, food and beverages. It’s a party where your party doesn’t matter. Come hang out, grab some swag, get your voting-related questions answered and get registered so you’re ready to cast your ballot in November.

The nonpartisan event is sponsored by the Bucks, the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin and Campus Vote Project.
